Nerdilicous

Hey hey normal people of the world, whats it like to have a life? Somebody remind me seeing as ive been stuck in my hole of a room for waaaaaay too long in an attempt to write my research dissertation. Its not even that long, only 6000 words, but my oh my is it a bitch. Who picks such a random topic like "Cultural Identity and Visual Representations", seriously? What drugs was i on that day, cause i definately need some of that creative philosophy now.
So in the meantime, ive managed to further my procrastination skills through extensive baking, washing, sorting, filing, re-arranging and sewing. Anyone for a new pencil case or pair of fluffy trackies? Anywho, at least the bibliography is done. Easy stuff first. Im in for a ride.
Check out my HOT picture looking totally nerdilicous in my pjs and specs. And yes the glasses are burberry, im a full blown chav-wannabe. Lx

A Proud Moment

Meals, congratulations my friend, you got to wear the gown and walk across the stage and shake the Deans hand! After 5 arduous years at the bumhole uni of UTS. Cant wait for my graduation. Still deciding whether i shoud do a cartwheel over the stage or not. Atleast it would add some excitement, or as Jilly Ricks has promised, go naked under the gown (with the possibility of flashing the audience). Nonetheless im proud of you my little rednut. Glad i could share the day with you. Lx

Sinead O´Conner eat your heart out

Back in Aus (im not calling it Oz cause there are no wizards here)

Hello everybody,
so i made the long arduous journey home to Australia. Whoopdidoo. Back to a city with shit public transport and over-priced seafood. Awesome to catch up with family and friends, but whats with the new wave of engagements??? Am i missing something? Since when is 23 the new age to put a ring on your finger and call yourself engaged...anywho im happy for those who have found the One. Yay for them.
So hugely excited about finishing this goddam 6 year degree. Bout time. Will be sure to post random ramblings of future dissertation dramas. Peace out....lx

The End of an Era

Its a sad sad day here in mexico, im moving on from my Casa Alejandro and my 6 roomies and embarking on the wonderful world of backpacking through mexico. Love living out of a 70L backpack for 2 months, bring it on!!! We head off early tommorow, head through the south of mexico and all the ancient Mayan ruins, then some jungle-action, then popping over to Guatemala, Belize for some diving, then north to the Mexican Carribbean coast. Shouldnt be too tough. Spose ill manage hehehehe...anywho, so its kinda sad here, i dont want to leave my flatmates, and my house, but indeed had some fun fun times (whats with the repeating words?) Now, at 11:30pm i embark on the joyous task of packing my room up, and with my hoarding capabilities, we all know that will be a big job. Atleast i can sleep on our first bus trip tommorow. Hope all are well in the Sydney heat, and ive heard Cronulla has got some great bars, perhaps we should go out for some action when i get back in feb...(oooh, nasty). Happy times, Lx
